You can report any gameserver that you feel is braking any rules or laws and our legal team will take care of the matter. Just because you Report a gameserver doesn't mean that the server will be terminated, but it means that our legal team will look into the matter and see if the client is breaking any rules or laws, and if they do we will make proper actions.
Renting a gameserver should be easy, fun, and safe. But the same thing goes for the community and the players. Therefore we provide this service for people who feel like one of our clients is doing something that is not okey.
If you feel like reporting a gameserver we need to know:
- Server IP
- Reason why you report
- Proof of the report
And mail it to
info@ctrl.gg
with the subject "Report gameserver".
We will get back to you within 48 hours with a confirmation that we have received your complaint against one of our clients. If we need any further information we will contact you.
